My 5 year old son was taking care of my wife while she had stomach flu. This is from her:

I'm laying in bed resting and Jakey is in the room with me reading quietly. I asked him to get me
some ice water. He comes back with it and one of his stuffed animal. He then hugged me for a long time. I told him thank you and then showered him with kind words. He says "I'll do anything for you momma."
